After missing “pescaíto frito” for too long, we decided to learn throw a cast net in San Blas Islands.
This is our fresh recent recipe: garlic, parsley, olive oil, a little flour, lots of failed tries throwing the net, much patience, a beautiful island surrounded by little fish schools and delicious childhood memories of Spanish tapas… and with a little bit of luck, finally some fish.
